Customer Service Officer
The Customer Service Officer (
Concierge) represents the face of the centre and plays a critical role in providing an exceptional guest experience for our customers, therefore immaculate presentation and a positive, professional disputation is essential.
Roster
Thursday-Friday: 17:00-21:00
Saturday: 09:00-18:00
Sunday: 10:00-17:30
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary representative and face of the centre, delivering an exceptional guest experience through professional, face to face contact with customers.
- Serves as a key liaison between centre management, customers, and retailers, often acting as the voice of the customer.
- Ensures the customer service responsibilities deliver accurate, timely information across all channels to create a seamless and enjoyable shopper and retailer experience.
- Manages the sale and/or rental of value‑add services, including the Gift Card program and additional guest services as may be required.
- Supports the centre management team across administration, operations, marketing, and promotional activities through multiple communication channels when required.
About You
- Previous retail and/or customer service experience would be preferable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain immaculate personal presentation.
- Capacity to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
