Position Overview

HEB Construction is seeking a dedicated a Supervisor with all-round civil construction experience join our Civil Bay of Plenty (Tauranga) team and contribute to the success of civil construction projects around the region. As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating work and crews, ensuring excellence in delivery and maintaining the highest standards of quality in a range of civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate projects from start to finish.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams.
• Lead and mentor a skilled workforce to achieve project goals.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in civil construction from earthworks to 3 waters and roads to utilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
• A commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.
