An exciting opportunity for an intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a modern and fast-growing commercial interiors business delivering high-quality fit-out projects across a diverse portfolio.

This role suits someone with around 5+ years’ experience who enjoys a fast-moving environment, takes ownership and wants to be part of a team with genuine personality, energy and ambition. You’ll work closely with project teams across procurement, cost management and project delivery while building strong internal and external relationships.

About the role

Working across a diverse range of commercial interiors and fit-out projects, you’ll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, supporting procurement, subcontractor management, financial reporting, variations and cost control.

You’ll work closely with both site and project delivery teams in a fast-moving environment where communication, organisation and commercial awareness are highly valued. This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, building strong relationships and contributing within a collaborative and ambitious team culture.

About You

  • Minimum 5+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience
  • Commercial construction experience essential
  • Interiors or fit-out project exposure preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, personable and collaborative approach
