You’ll be trusted to run multiple projects at once, manage site delivery end-to-end and build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors. The environment suits someone commercially minded, organised and confident operating across fast-moving fit-out and interiors projects.

About the Role

This position will see you taking ownership across multiple commercial interiors and fit-out projects, managing programmes, coordinating subcontractors and driving delivery from site establishment through to completion. Working closely with clients, consultants and internal delivery teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to a consistently high standard. About You

  • Minimum 5+ years’ Site Management experience
  • Commercial construction background essential
  • Interiors or fit-out project exposure highly desirable
  • Comfortable managing multiple live projects
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
