Are you skilled at making sound credit decisions and building strong business relationships? As a Business Advisor Manager, you will use your delegated lending authority (DLA) to deliver timely, high quality credit decisions across home loans, personal lending, and business/commercial applications. You will work closely with our internal and external partners to structure lending solutions that support sustainable growth.

Your ability to guide and support credit applications will help manage expectations and ensure a consistent flow of quality lending to Kiwibank. If you are passionate about delivering effective credit solutions and enjoy building trusted partnerships, this role is for you.

You will be working in a fast paced environment, so you will need to approach challenges with composure and efficiency without compromising on quality.

• Solid understanding of financial legislation and compliance requirements within the banking sector
