The Opportunity
Step into a role where your communication skills, customer focus, and attention to detail truly matter. As a New Business Consultant, you’ll support customers and financial advisers across the full new‑business and policy administration process handling enquiries, preparing documentation, and ensuring every interaction is delivered with accuracy, clarity, and genuine care. If you enjoy helping people and take pride in getting things right, you’ll feel right at home.
You’ll manage new business applications from start to finish, liaise with underwriters and advisers, follow up on pending requirements, and resolve queries with confidence. This role suits someone who’s comfortable in a busy environment, can juggle multiple tasks, and brings strong computer skills and a proactive mindset. Experience in life insurance or a high‑volume contact centre will help you hit the ground running, but your willingness to learn and your commitment to quality are just as important.
In return, you’ll join a supportive, collaborative team that values initiative and celebrates shared success. With comprehensive training in your first three months and a hybrid working model that balances flexibility with connection, you’ll be set up to grow your skills and make a meaningful impact. If you’re motivated, customer‑centric, and ready to take the next step in your career, this is an opportunity to shine.
