INVERCARGILL SITE BASED ROLE

Production & Maintenance Supervisor, Monday - Friday day shift permanent role

Platinum Recruitment are on the hunt for a Production & Maintenance Leader for one of NZ's largest processing sites. Senior leadership role reporting into the respective Production Manager

If you have proven experience in getting the most out of your busy 24/7 production teams please read on.

The successful applicant will possess the following skills:

• Previous team leadership experience in production
• Mechanical trade certification / qualification
• Understanding of food processing requirements
• Sound decision maker / problem-solver
• Active experience with continuous improvement programs
• Competency in the use of technology in a production environment
• Immediate NZ work rights
