House Moving Leader

This is NOT an entry-level role. ADVANCED HOUSE MOVERS LIMITED are looking for someone with genuine building and asbestos removal experience who takes pride in producing high- quality workmanship.

This role suits an experienced builder/chippie or asbestos removalist who enjoys varied work, problem solving and working in a fast-pacedenvirionment on unique projects. They will eventually need to capable of managing and organising a team of people working underneath them.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing, cutting and joining houses to transport
• Removing asbestos as required for sale hose transport
• Assisting with lifting and relocating houses
• Reinstating houses once delivered to site
• Installing new foundations for houses at delivery site
• Completing finishing work to a high standard
• Working alongside the moving team on site
• Ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently and professionally
• Assisting with training new staff and leading smal team to prepare and or pile houses

HOURLY RATE : $35.00-$55.00 per hour
