The opportunity

This is not your typical delivery role. We’re embarking on a bold journey to embed automation and AI at the heart of our business, and we need an expert who’s passionate about building, testing, and scaling solutions that make a real impact. You’ll be empowered to experiment, iterate, and deliver - fast.

What you’ll do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives using Power Automate, UiPath, and AI-enabled tools
• Build robust, secure, and reusable solutions that integrate with our core systems
• Establish and manage a dynamic pipeline of automation opportunities - prioritising for business value and ROI
• Champion best practices in automation governance, security, and technical frameworks
• Upskill and inspire teams - helping to grow our “citizen developer” community and embed automation capability for the long term

What you’ll bring

• Proven hands-on experience with Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms
• Track record of delivering multiple automation projects end-to-end, integrating with enterprise systems
• Strong process analysis skills and a passion for continuous improvement
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience in fast-moving environments (FMCG a plus), with a test-and-learn mindset
• Bonus: SAP, Power BI, cloud platforms (Azure), scripting (Python, PowerShell), or experience training others
