Senior Performance Manager

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Manager who leads with strategy, executes with precision, and knows how to grow brands through paid media. You’ll own a portfolio of service and lead gen clients, managing significant ad budgets and building the scalable systems that make performance repeatable — not just lucky.

You’re platform agnostic. You pick the right channel for the objective: Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn — and you learn new ones fast. You think creative-first, care deeply about what happens after the click, and bring the kind of energy that makes clients feel like their business is in very good hands.

You Are

• A strategic performance marketer with 4+ years’ experience, ideally agency-side
• Generated real growth for service businesses — you understand the full funnel, not just the ad
• Experienced in managing significant paid media budgets and building systems that scale
• Across Meta and Google Ads, with solid exposure to TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
• Creative-first in your thinking — you know great performance starts with great messaging
• Sharp on CRO — you care about what happens after the click and you know what to fix
• A confident communicator clients trust quickly — positive energy, clear thinking, bold moves
• Someone who loves mentoring others and shares knowledge generously
• Health experience a bonus
• Looking to step up to Performance Lead quickly
• Comfortable integrate Claude cowork into your workflows
