About the Role
As an Integration and Connectivity Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex client integration solutions across Business & Corporate Banking, ensuring seamless connectivity between client systems and ASB platforms. You will provide expert technical guidance on integration implementations, manage and resolve complex issues, and ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and fit for purpose. A key focus of this role is driving continuous improvement across Global Transaction Banking, leveraging tools such as ARIS, DocuSign and emerging AI capabilities to streamline processes, reduce risk, and enhance customer and banker experience. This a a 20 month fixed term contract.
You Will
- Lead end-to-end implementation of integration solutions, including project planning, stakeholder management, and delivery
- Oversee QA environment setup and coordinate end-to-end testing, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients
- Analyse test results and drive resolution of issues to support successful client onboarding
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and customer outcomes
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define scope, solutions, and delivery timelines
- Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams and clients on connectivity solutions

- Strong understanding of client and bank file formats (MT9, CSV, FileAct, SWIFT, XML) and ability to design connectivity solutions
- Proven experience managing complex stakeholders across technical and business domains
- Solid project delivery capability, ideally within Agile environments
- Experience in corporate connectivity solutions, including planning, tracking, and reporting on integration delivery
- A mindset geared toward continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
- Strong knowledge of corporate online banking channels and ERP/TMS/accounting platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Xero), with the ability to translate client system requirements into effective connectivity solutions
- Relevant qualifications in business or project management, or industry-recognised project management certification (preferred)
