We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Technical Analyst – Delivery to join our team and play a key role in driving successful delivery across a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll work closely with Scrum Masters, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders to support release planning, delivery governance, reporting, and release coordination — ensuring teams are set up for success every step of the way.

You Will Be

  • Supporting programme capacity and delivery planning, helping to identify delivery and testing risks, tracking team velocity, and highlighting any capacity constraints or trade-offs that may impact release timelines.
  • Coordinating release train schedules, including platform upgrades, and supporting IP work related to NL delivery.
  • Maintaining visibility of release scope, including what is planned for current and future releases, supported by delivery metrics and process compliance.
  • Coordinating delivery rituals, governance, and release checkpoints across the programme, working with Scrum Masters to support delivery cadence, milestone tracking, and agreed delivery controls such as DOR, DOD, scope freeze, QA readiness, and deployment scheduling.
  • Supporting delivery cadence activities including reporting, playbacks, metrics, and release reporting.
  • Coordinating sprint reviews and preparation of sprint review material for senior stakeholders, ensuring delivery progress is clearly communicated.
  • Assisting with off-cycle releases, coordinating development completion, testing, UAT readiness, approvals, and deployment sequencing.

You’ll be a strong communicator and relationship builder, confident working across delivery teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels to help drive successful outcomes.

You’ll bring a proactive mindset, strong organisational skills, and a passion for delivery excellence, with the ability to balance competing priorities while keeping teams aligned and informed. Experience working in Agile environments and supporting enterprise-scale technology delivery will set you up for success in this role.

  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments, supporting technology programmes or large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong coordination, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and delivery timelines.
  • Confidence engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with excellent communication and reporting capabilities.
  • The ability to identify delivery risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints, and proactively support resolution activities.
  • Experience supporting release planning, governance, metrics reporting, and delivery cadence activities within enterprise environments.
