We’re looking for a Software Engineer (React) to join one of our Digital Frontend squads, supporting the delivery of modern customer experiences for Kiwi.
This role is open to graduate, junior, or intermediate engineers who are passionate about frontend development and eager to build capability in a real-world, product-led environment. You’ll spend most of your time working with React, contributing to customer-facing experiences, while also gaining exposure to APIs and the broader engineering ecosystem.
Our team also supports a legacy internet banking platform, giving you the opportunity to understand how large-scale systems evolve over time — maintaining what matters today while progressively simplifying for the future.
This is a great opportunity to grow your React expertise, learn from experienced engineers, and build confidence working across modern and legacy environments.

- Experience working with APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services
- Familiarity with modern engineering practices such as version control (Git) and Agile ways of working
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team
- A quality mindset, with an interest in testing and maintainable code
Nice to have:
- Exposure to TypeScript, GraphQL, or modern state management patterns
- Experience with frontend testing tools (e.g. Jest, Playwright)
- Awareness of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions)
- Any exposure to .NET or backend technologies
