Join our friendly team at our Manukau branch! We’re on the lookout for a customer service superstar with a passion for technology to join our friendly Manukau branch, working on weekends and public holidays. This is a permanent full-time role. Tasks and Responsibilities - Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service experience - Confidently handle customer enquiries and interactions over the phone - Accurately process sales orders and prepare customer quotes - Prepare and maintain service order reports with attention to detail - Develop a strong understanding of a wide range of technology products and clearly communicate technical information Assist customers with enquiries and provide effective, solution-focused support

Requirements

The successful candidate should have: -Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software (preferred but not essential). -Previous experience in a phone-based customer service role is an advantage. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. -Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
