We have an exciting opportunity for a Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing team and take full ownership of our Azure environment. The ideal person will have deep Azure expertise who thrives in a hands-on role. You'll design cloud architecture, manage migrations, and oversee day-to-day administration while owning our entire Azure infrastructure end-to-end.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of our Azure cloud environment, from design and build through to ongoing management
• Partner with leadership to make critical infrastructure decisions that shape the direction of our technology landscape
• Design and evolve the cloud architecture that underpins how we operate, ensuring it is scalable, resilient, and fit for the future
• Harden and maintain the network infrastructure that sits beneath our cloud environment
• Exercise sound engineering judgement in complex or uncharted situations, where the answer isn't always written in a runbook

What you'll bring

• Deep, hands-on experience with Azure, including architecture, migration and administration
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and scripting tools, including Terraform, Python, and PowerShell
• A track record of solving complex, real-world infrastructure problems and seeing them through to resolution
• Strong networking fundamentals - not just theoretical knowledge, but practical experience across routing, switching, firewalling, VPN, DNS, load balancing, and TLS
• Confident using AI tools to work smarter, streamline workflows and deliver better outcomes
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and a great team player
