Join our team as a Sustainability Advisor, supporting delivery of sustainability initiatives across our diverse Ngāi Tahu Holdings portfolio to help improve outcomes for te taiao. This role helps embed sustainable practices in our operation and contributes to our long-term vision: Mō tātou, ā, mō kā uri ā muri ake nei.

Key focus areas

• Support and deliver sustainability projects across the Ngāi Tahu Holdings portfolio
• Collect, analyze and report on greenhouse gas and waste data
• Work with kaimahi to foster a culture of sustainability
• Design and deliver behavior change programs that deliver greenhouse gas and waste reduction outcomes
• Support data requirements for quarterly and annual greenhouse gas reporting

He Kōrero Mōu – About You

You are collaborative, organised and passionate about sustainability, with the ability to influence positive change.

• Experience in project management and data analysis
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Confidence with data and reporting tools
• Experience with greenhouse gas reporting and behaviour change programs

You will also bring a relevant qualification and an openness to grow your understanding of te ao Māori and Ngāi Tahutanga.
