Parking Attendant in Wellington - Full-Time
About the role: We are looking for a Full-Time Parking Attendant based at Wellington Airport.
The role is permanent 30 hours per week. Mon-Thur (5am - 1pm)
Pay rate is $24.42 per hour
We are looking for someone with
- Excellent customer service skills + experience
- Good communication skills
- Excellent work ethic
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Full drivers licence
- General computer skills
Duties include
Parking Services Kiosk
- Providing customer service, including assistance with parking inquiries (ticket processing, booking queries, providing directions and processing payments)
- Responding to intercom/ phone calls directed to the Parking Services Kiosk
- Monitoring and investigating queries via CCTV
- Logging escalations with airport operations where necessary
