We’re looking for curious, tech-savvy, and driven graduates to join our 2027 Digital Graduate Programme and help accelerate our digital transformation.

About The Programme

Our 18-month structured graduate programme is designed to give you meaningful, hands-on experience from day one. Based across our Oceania Dairy Ltd site in Glenavy and Westland Milk Products in Hokitika, you’ll work on real-world digital solutions that support and enhance our operations.

Throughout the programme, you’ll rotate across key areas of our digital and technology function. This is your opportunity to develop a strong understanding of how technology enables large-scale manufacturing and global supply chains—while building skills in areas such as systems development, data analytics, automation, and digital innovation.

You’ll be supported by experienced professionals who will mentor you in both technical capability and practical application within a business context.

From improving system performance and supporting digital projects, to leveraging data for insights and helping implement new technologies, you’ll be involved in work that makes a tangible impact.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re excited to hear from graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) with a passion for technology, digital innovation, and problem-solving. This programme is ideal for those with degrees in computer science, information technology, software engineering, data science, or related disciplines.
