About The Programme

Our 18-month structured graduate programme is designed to give you meaningful, hands-on experience from day one. Based across our Oceania Dairy Ltd site in Glenavy and Westland Milk Products in Hokitika, you’ll gain exposure to real business operations where your insights and analysis directly support decision-making.

Throughout the programme, you’ll rotate across key areas of our finance function. This is your opportunity to develop a strong understanding of how finance underpins large-scale manufacturing—while building capability in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and commercial partnering.

You’ll work alongside experienced finance professionals who will support your development and help you build both technical expertise and business acumen.

From analysing performance and supporting forecasting cycles, to partnering with operational teams and contributing to strategic initiatives, you’ll be involved in work that drives real business outcomes.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re excited to hear from graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) with a passion for finance, business, and data-driven decision-making. This programme is ideal for those with degrees in finance, accounting, economics, or related disciplines.
