Fixed-Term Full-Time

The Senior Digital Change Manager role, within the IMBT team, is responsible for leading and facilitating change management activities to ensure the successful delivery of business change initiatives and strategic outcomes.

Ōu wheako – about you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Analysing the change the new ERP solution will bring
• Planning, implementing, and evaluating change strategies to ensure Council staff are taken on the journey and understand why the change has occurred.
• Facilitating a collaborative approach to how Project Genesis generates change across Council
• Building ownership and capability in change leadership

You will have:

• Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience.
• Good knowledge of change management techniques.
• Proven experience in ERP change and/or implementation projects.
• Proven decision-making experience and leadership demonstrated in co-ordinating and integrating change.
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft suite of business applications.
• Prior experience in a New Zealand-based Council or similar environment - desirable.
