About the Role
As an Information Systems Analyst, you will provide hands-on support configuring, enhancing and maintaining enterprise platforms used across Seequent’s global operations. Working as part of a collaborative and technically capable team, you’ll support internal systems, contribute to system enhancements and projects, and help ensure our platforms continue to meet evolving business needs.
This is an office-based role in Christchurch with exposure to modern SaaS platforms and Agile ways of working.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Contribute to the delivery and ongoing support of core internal business systems.
Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse and translate requirements into system solutions.
Configure, enhance and maintain enterprise platforms including CRM, ERP and reporting tools.
Document system behaviour, business processes and technical requirements.
Support SaaS-based systems used across a global organisation.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams across regions using Agile practices.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field, or up to 2 years’ relevant experience.
A strong interest in how enterprise systems are designed, integrated and supported.
Well-developed analytical skills and a logical approach to problem solving.
Exposure to CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms or reporting/analytics tools (beneficial).
Comfortable working with system documentation, requirements and user stories.
- A collaborative mindset with clear communication skills and eagerness to learn.
Additional information
This is an office-based role in Christchurch. From time to time, you may be required to work outside standard business hours to support collaboration with colleagues in different time zones.
