Information Systems Analyst

About the Role

As an Information Systems Analyst, you will provide hands-on support configuring, enhancing and maintaining enterprise platforms used across Seequent’s global operations. Working as part of a collaborative and technically capable team, you’ll support internal systems, contribute to system enhancements and projects, and help ensure our platforms continue to meet evolving business needs.

This is an office-based role in Christchurch with exposure to modern SaaS platforms and Agile ways of working.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to the delivery and ongoing support of core internal business systems.

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse and translate requirements into system solutions.

• Configure, enhance and maintain enterprise platforms including CRM, ERP and reporting tools.

• Document system behaviour, business processes and technical requirements.

• Support SaaS-based systems used across a global organisation.

• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams across regions using Agile practices.

To be successful in this role you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field, or up to 2 years’ relevant experience.

• A strong interest in how enterprise systems are designed, integrated and supported.

• Well-developed analytical skills and a logical approach to problem solving.

• Exposure to CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms or reporting/analytics tools (beneficial).

• Comfortable working with system documentation, requirements and user stories.

• A collaborative mindset with clear communication skills and eagerness to learn.

Additional information

This is an office-based role in Christchurch. From time to time, you may be required to work outside standard business hours to support collaboration with colleagues in different time zones.
