About this role
As a Senior Account Manager your main responsibilities are to plan, manage and execute media campaigns, from start through to completion.
Working closely with the Implementation Director and the CCO, your role is to develop channel strategies that achieve client business objectives. In addition, to the upfront planning you will also maintain quality control of the media campaigns and always on activity, continually evaluating and improving performance against client goals post live date.
You are responsible for junior to mid-level client relationships ensuring everything is running smoothly and that all questions are answered in a timely manner, in accordance with the Hearts & Science client service expectations.
As well as a solid offline understanding of media the Senior Account Manager is expected to have a working knowledge of the digital media arena and support the Digital Director and Performance team in delivering integrated campaigns.
Beyond the internal Hearts & Science team, your will work seamlessly with various OMG specialist teams and media owners and other external agency partners.
Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant media and client management experience
- Implementation planning capabilities and understanding of media principles and finance
- Good client facing communication & presentation skills
- Conversant in the role of each channel and ability to provide justification / rationale
- Well-developed time and project management skills, with good adherence to deadlines
