The Opportunity

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Experience team on a permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week) basis, in our busy Dunedin office.

The purpose of this position is to provide, always maintain and promote our front of office hospitality at the highest level; welcoming and serving customers, guests and councillors in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Keeping knowledge of ORC information up to date, with the aim of first contract resolution for customers
  • Ensuring all customers are supported to the highest standard
  • Timely reporting of issues or complaints to the manager
  • Accurately connecting enquiries to the right team, within service level timings.

About You

  • Level 4 NZQA qualification in customer services or equivalent
  • At least one year experience in customer services
  • Committed to achieving the best possible outcome for our customers wherever possible
  • Able to work accurately and adjust pace to meet customer needs
  • Experienced administrative skills with fast, accurate typing
  • Flexible, adaptable and enjoys challenge and change
  • Can build effective relationships with all levels of the company
