Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will own the planning and forecasting function, deliver management reporting, and partner with senior leaders to drive sound financial decision-making – this role demands someone equally comfortable in the detail and advising leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting cycles
• Deliver P&L, cash flow, and variance analysis to senior leadership
• Partner cross-functionally to support strategic decisions and ROI assessment
• Monitor costs, identify drivers, and recommend optimisation actions
• Support revenue recognition and general accounting requirements
• Drive process and system improvements, including AI-enabled tools

Key Skills & Experience Required

• CA, CPA, or equivalent – essential
• Solid accounting grounding with proven FP&A or commercial finance experience
• Advanced Excel; experience with BI tools and ERP systems required
• Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Exposure to technology, construction, or manufacturing sectors advantageous
