As a Delivery Lead, you will drive the delivery of complex people capability uplift and organisational design initiatives across the Bank. You will work closely with business owners, senior leaders and people specialists to translate strategic intent into sequenced, achievable outcomes.

This role requires strong judgement and comfort operating in ambiguity, balancing scope, pace, cost and capability while maintaining momentum. You will proactively identify risks, dependencies and decision points, support leaders to make informed trade-offs, and ensure delivery remains focused on implementation and outcomes rather than process.

Your work will help ensure initiatives have clear delivery path and stay on track, so leaders have the clarity they need to move forward with confidence.

For this role we’re looking for an experienced delivery lead or senior project manager who understands complex people change. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Proven delivery leadership in complex people or organisational design change
• Able to translate strategy into clear, executable delivery outcomes
• Confident influencing stakeholders across the business, including senior leaders
• Proactive in identifying risks, dependencies and pathways to resolution
• Experienced managing funding and delivery in constrained environments
• Comfortable leading delivery through ambiguity and complexity
