About The Role
We're in search of a Customer Onboarding Agent to join our dynamic team in Albany, Auckland. You’ll be at the helm of welcoming customers and coordinating installations between our installers and customers, working with our CRM system to ensure everything runs seamlessly. It's not just about coordination; it's about orchestrating success for our newest customers.
Under the guidance of our supportive managers, you'll be involved in a range of tasks, including reviewing converted quotes, liaising with customers, allocating stock, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with third-party stakeholders. But it's not all work and no play. You'll also have the chance to flex your problem-solving muscles, handling customer queries with finesse. It's a role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.
Here's What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to coordinating installers or trades.
- Your organisational skills shine through in your approach to work, with a strong emphasis on meticulous recordkeeping and spreadsheet skills.
- Your communication skills are top-notch, making interactions with you a delight and collaboration a breeze.
- You’re known for your outstanding customer-centric approach and passion for working with customers to ensure their success with us.
- You thrive in a high-performing, fast-paced environment, and you’re a systematic problem solver.
