You will play a key role in enabling people initiatives to run smoothly, promoting good delivery practice.

Join us for this exciting 12 Month fixed term opportunity where you will support the day-to-day delivery of the Transform People programme initiatives, helping ensure delivery stays on track, within budget and to agreed outcomes. Working closely with the Head of Transform People and Delivery Lead, you will coordinate governance, track progress and provide clear reporting, bringing a structured and thoughtful approach to supporting delivery in a fast-moving environment.

For this role we’re looking for a capable programme or project coordinator who understands how to support day to day delivery and keep things on track. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Proven coordination and delivery support across programmes or projects
• Strong ability to turn complex information into clear, practical insights
• Confident engaging with stakeholders across the business, including senior leaders
• Strong prioritisation skills in fast moving, ambiguous environments
• Proficient in preparing clear, high quality governance packs and reporting
• Trusted to handle sensitive people and organisational information
