• Managing communication across email and digital platforms
• Coordinating follow-ups and scheduling next steps
• Supporting individuals through structured processes
• Maintaining organised records and communication workflows
• Using established digital tools and systems
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in administration, coordination, customer support, or similar roles preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
• Organised and able to follow structured systems and processes
• Interest in ongoing professional and personal development
• Able to commit approximately 10–15 flexible hours per week
