About The Role
As a Commercial Property Manager, you'll play a key role in managing a complex portfolio of properties in the Wellington, working within a supportive team focused on providing a seamless service to their clients.
The role involves lease management, rent reviews and renewals, managing operational relationships and overseeing condition assessments and project coordination.
About You
A property professional with at least 3 years experience, we would consider someone who needs further training and development as well as experienced commercial property managers.
You will naturally build relationships and enjoy problem solving always searching for solutions and improvement.
Ideally you will have;
- Experience with commercial contracts
- Commercial leasing experience
- Systems savvy
- Commercial awareness
- Strong work ethic
- Team player essential
