Motel Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Motel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our motel and ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the motel

• Supervising staff and coordinating housekeeping activities

• Handling guest enquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally

• Managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs

• Monitoring room occupancy and maintaining high presentation standards

• Managing budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements

• Promoting the business and maintaining customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Relevant qualification or at least 2 years of relevant work experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage staff and work under pressure

• Good organisational and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of motel booking systems and administration preferred

Hours and Salary

• Full-time permanent position

• Minimum 30 hours per week

• Salary: $25 to $35 Per hour
