Senior Recruiter - Tech

If you are an experienced Tech and Transformation recruiter looking for more ownership, stronger client relationships, and access to some of New Zealand's biggest organisations, we have the perfect opportunity for you.

The Role

You will recruit across key technology and transformation job families including product engineering, architecture, AI, security, and project services, while managing a portfolio of PSA clients. These are not transactional agreements, but long-standing, deep partnerships with leading employers across NZ. This is a broad and commercially engaging opportunity with real ownership.

You Will

• Manage and develop multiple PSA client relationships
• Recruit across a wide range of technology and transformation roles
• Partner with organisations across banking, healthcare, education, superannuation, insurance, and investment
• Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates

You will join a high-performing team of 4 experienced recruiters with deep networks across the Auckland market.
