At ASB, we’re passionate about accelerating the progress of all New Zealanders. We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Business Customer Experience Integration Manager, who will play a vital role in driving positive change and delivering real impact across Business Banking at ASB.
In this 12 month fixed term role, you will work with a small, energetic project team within a wider capability function in Business Banking. You will enjoy working across business units, drawing on your banking experience and your passion for transforming knowledge and skills into action in service of our customers.
Key To Success In This Role Is
- Ability to bridge the gap between theory and action
- Design simple pragmatic solves to enable new knowledge and process, into BAU
- Has the ability and gravtitas to hold the (virtual or in person) floor in a room of various stakeholder levels
- Proven influence ability
- Proven experience in delivering change accross multiple touchpoint and (large) stakeholder groups
- Financial services background advantageous
Mō te tūranga | About the role
Ideally, you will bring proven experience in implementing behavioural change and/or process improvement, complementing your banking background and enthusiasm for turning knowledge into practical, actionable skills. Whether you are planning, designing processes or analysing data to inform focus areas, your collaborative approach will be key to success in this role.
Your responsibilities will centre on integrating learning concepts, models and artefacts into business as usual activities for leaders and frontline teams. Through thoughtful planning and process and skill analysis, you will guide colleagues and teams through capability integration and uplift, providing clarity in ambiguous environments and helping people work towards shared goals.
Your approachable and inclusive style will foster strong relationships and create a collaborative atmosphere where innovation and adaptability are encouraged.
As BCE Integration Manager, you will be curious about how we enable our leaders and people to deliver on customer experience, actively applying new thinking and emerging AI developments to drive innovation within the team. You’ll Bring a Blend Of Banking Experience And Capability‑focused Expertise, Along With a Collaborative Mindset And a Genuine Desire To Make a Difference. Ideally, You’ll Have
- Experience in learning, marketing communications,change, process improvement and/or capability integration
- A solid background in banking or financial services
- A proven ability to translate knowledge and insights into practical, actionable outcomes
- Experience analysing processes, skills, or data to inform priorities and decisions
- A collaborative, inclusive approach and confidence working across business units
- Clear, purposeful communication and a strong focus on team and customer outcomes
- Curiosity and openness to new ideas, including the application of AI and emerging practices
