Te Tūranga – About The Role

As Customer Engagement Promotions Executive, you are a proactive and analytical loyalty marketing specialist who plays a critical role in executing relevant and personalised promotions and offers across Foodstuffs’ customer engagement channels.

Working in an agile, cross-functional team spanning marketing, CX, data and analytics, you’ll use leading digital marketing technologies – including loyalty and CRM platforms – to deliver consistently high-quality customer engagement that drives behaviour change and loyalty outcomes.

Key Focus Areas Include

  • Executing mass and targeted loyalty promotions and customer offers across owned channels such as email, in-app and push notifications
  • Using loyalty promotion platforms and connected technologies to tailor offers and gamification to key customer segments
  • Applying strong quality assurance and testing practices to ensure accurate, relevant and personalised customer experiences
  • Supporting campaign planning, coordination and on-time delivery across multiple stakeholders and dependencies
  • Troubleshooting and resolving promotion issues quickly, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders

You’re detail-oriented, organised and customer-focused, with a strong interest in loyalty marketing and campaign execution. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working collaboratively across teams, and take pride in delivering high-quality, error-free work.

You’ll Bring

  • Experience in loyalty, lifecycle marketing or promotional campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM, marketing or loyalty technology platforms and large customer datasets
  • Strong coordination and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple inputs and deadlines
  • A quality-assurance mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
