Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

Be the subject matter expert supporting the configuration, optimisation and deployment of Beca’s enterprise-wide digital design systems. Working with all Beca geographies and business units, you’ll support project teams, improve collaboration, ensure systems are fit for purpose, and find opportunities for effective and efficient use of our digital tools and platforms.

As the Digital Delivery Systems Lead, you’ll champion digital delivery and information management—engaging with delivery teams, promoting best practice and helping users get the most from our tools and platforms. You’ll work closely with ICT, Digital, Software Engineers, vendors and stakeholders to provide technical and administrative support, while continuously improving configuration, automation and efficiency in line with existing delivery practices and ISO 19650.

You’ll support a complex, enterprise digital design environment, including remote and virtualised deployments, enabling effective integration of design and information management tools into project and business workflows.

You will also be able to influence and develop our digital delivery systems ways of working – building on what is already great about our team and our practices – so that it is future-fit for increasing technological complexity and digital disruption, including remote collaboration and AI.

This role enables you to make a real difference through the application of your digital delivery systems expertise, supporting those delivering complex infrastructure, buildings, industrial, utilities, community, environmental, and related projects. You will bring real-world experience in managing the tools and platforms for engineering projects or organisations (e.g. Autodesk, Bentley, Esri, 12d).

You enjoy operating in complex, enterprise-scale environments with variety and ambiguity, and you thrive on being the “go‑to” expert. You bring strong experience across digital design and information management systems, with a solid understanding of system configuration, deployment, integration and support.

You are equally comfortable engaging with users as you are working in the technical detail – advocating best practice, supporting adoption, and translating technical capability into practical project outcomes. You Will Also Bring

• Experience supporting and configuring enterprise digital design or information management systems
• Exposure to automation, configuration development or system optimization
• Experience working in cloud-enabled or distributed environments
• Experience with vendor management and IT service management
• Confidence developing and delivering training and user guidance
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse user base
• Team management and leadership skills
