Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity within our Administration space. This role sees you as the glue across the Enliven Customer Care team and Onboarding teams. Great role to bring strong administration along with organisation skills and the ability to pivot daily making you our next superstar!

Based within the Penrose Enliven office, this is a fixed term role until March 2027 covering maternity leave, you will be involved daily with the different teams, your focus will be on the key administrative based activities, there will be lots of variety to keep you entertained, with a strong emphasis on supporting the teams so they can continue the efficient service given to our Enliven clients.

  • Previous experience within an Administrative setting
  • Competency in relevant Microsoft office applications, ideally sharepoint, smartsheet, excel and microsoft 365
  • High level of professional awareness
  • Natural team player and can do attitude
  • Sound time management and prioritisation
  • Proven organisation and initiative skills
  • Confidence working across different teams
  • Clear communication written and spoken
  • Natural curiosity on processes
  • Ability to work at pace
