About the Role
In this role, you’ll provide patient-centred care across Med Fees, Pain Management, ICP, Training for Independence, and Early Intervention services. You will be a vital part of our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, helping clients achieve their goals through comprehensive and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and provide evidence-based treatments
- Complete administration and reporting requirements
- Liaise with colleagues, funders, and employers
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture
Our ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. Someone keen to work within a cohesive multidisciplinary team and keen to continue learning and developing their skills as a clinician. A post-graduate qualification would be an advantage to the applicant however not essential.

The Palmerston North TBI Health team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, hand therapists, exercise therapists, a clinical pharmacist, and a nurse practitioner. We have strong local connections with pain, MSK, and orthopaedic specialists, enabling collaborative care on a case-by-case basis. Our team values fun, camaraderie, and working together to deliver excellent rehabilitation services.
