Due to steady growth in the Bay of Plenty, they are looking to add a graduate-level professional to their Tauranga team.
The Job on Offer?
This opportunity suits a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist with approximately 12 months’ industry experience who is keen to build strong foundations in geotechnical practice. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and geologists, gaining exposure to a mix of field investigations, reporting, and construction support across a variety of projects.
The role offers hands-on experience, structured mentoring, and genuine long-term career development, including support toward professional accreditation.

- Participating in geotechnical site investigations and field testing
- Soil and rock logging, sample collection, and coordination of laboratory testing
- Assisting with the preparation of factual and interpretive geotechnical reports
- Supporting senior staff with analysis, design inputs, and recommendations
- Undertaking construction-phase services and site observations
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
