You’ll apply your human-centered design expertise to lead thoughtful research initiatives and translate findings into actionable insights that elevate key projects. Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in leading user experience research projects.
• Strong command of various qualitative and quantitative research methodologies including ethnographic studies, surveys, and analytics.
• Proven ability to synthesize research findings into actionable insights like customer journey maps and personas.
• Exceptional project planning, communication, and presentation skills with a knack for influencing and aligning stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of ethical and inclusive design principles within research.
• A passion for enhancing user experiences and a curiosity about how users interact with products and services.
• Familiarity with current digital trends and consumer technologies.
• Background in collaborating with marketing and product teams to implement user-centric solutions.
