Would you like to be part of a small team to support Spectrum Care Managers so they can focus more of their time on people, whānau and staff?
If so the Administrator - Service Delivery role could be for you. A key aspect of this role is to provide general and specialised administrative support services to the Service Managers who look after Spectrum Care's community homes and services. The role's primary focus is to manage a range of administrative functions as directed by the relevant Service or Regional Manager. You will be providing timely, effective and accurate administrative support, promoting the smooth and efficient functioning of community homes and their associated service functions.
This role is well suited to a tech-savvy individual with an active interest in business intelligence and improving systems and processes. You will be operating at the forefront of good practice within the sector, in support of the operations team. We need someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to build relationships in a large organisation and understand how to prioritise tasks.
In your role you will focus on the key systems and processes that will enable our services to flourish. You'll be responsible for some aspects of referrals, assessments, finance/accounting functions amongst other admin duties.
Key Competencies
- Sound knowledge of IT solutions with proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Teams and database management systems.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within the healthcare or disability sector.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and purchase orders
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
