About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team based in Christchurch.
This role is suited to someone who can take ownership of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring invoices, payments, and reconciliations are managed accurately and efficiently while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business. You'll also play a part in identifying opportunities to improve processes the function.
You'll be involved in:
- Matching, coding, and processing invoices
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
- Processing payments and credit notes
- Supporting invoice approvals across the business
- Identifying and supporting process improvements within Accounts Payable
About you
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience in Accounts Payable or finance administration
- Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Experience using finance systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
