About the role | He Aha Te Tūranga
This is a part time opportunity, we're open to 18 - 25 hours across 5 days.
This role operates under nib's OrbitProtect brand, where we offer insurance plans designed to provide comprehensive cover for seasonal workers and other inbound international visitors to New Zealand.
As the RSE Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the wider team with a focus on Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) processes. This role is vital to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the Company.
- Perform key administration tasks including document processing, policy administration, data entry, claims lodgement, and card distribution
- Maintain accurate filing of medical notes and digital records
- Provide general policy support, responding to coverage and enquiry needs
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, agents, providers and stakeholders
- Assist with RSE administration and monthly provider declaration payments
About you | Ko Wai Koe
We're looking for someone who can quickly build a strong understanding of OrbitProtect's insurance policies, practices and procedures, with full training provided to support your success.
You'll be a clear and precise communicator, both verbally and in writing, with strong active listening skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy while delivering a positive, customer-focused experience.
You'll bring:
- Advanced level computer skills, including Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer experience and sales skills (desired)
- Understanding of or exposure to medical terminology (desired)
