About The Role

As a Packer, you’ll be part of a supportive and hard-working steep production team responsible for helping to pack our steeped coffee products with care and consistency. You'll also jump in where needed, from general line support to keeping the production area clean, tidy, and running smoothly.

This Hands-on Role Involves

• Fulfilling the packing requirements of the steep production line (in line with training provided)
• Ensuring packaging meets quality and safety requirements
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Working efficiently to meet daily production targets

This is a casual position based at our Allens Road Roastery working between Monday to Friday.
