Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless flow of materials, cost efficiency, timely deliveries, and high customer satisfaction while managing logistics, inventory, procurement, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the supply chain including procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance service levels.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, transporters, and 3PL/4PL partners for best rates and terms.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels using demand forecasting to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain with business goals.
• Analyze logistics data, track KPIs (OTIF, cost per shipment, inventory turnover, etc.), and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards in logistics and import/export operations.
• Manage transportation modes (road, rail, air, sea) and resolve any delays or disruptions proactively.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain logistics team.
• Implement and utilize ERP/SCM software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for better visibility and control.
