What You’ll Do

As our Brand & Partnerships Specialist, you’ll help bring the Genesis brand to life through memorable partnerships, activations, events and campaigns that create meaningful connections with audiences across Aotearoa. Working closely with the Senior Brand & Partnerships Manager, you’ll deliver high-impact marketing activity while ensuring consistency across every touchpoint. You’ll join a collaborative, creative and ambitious team during an exciting phase of brand growth.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Are

• Lead the delivery and coordination of integrated brand campaigns, partnerships, events and activations from planning through to execution
• Manage campaign timelines, approvals, reporting, creative assets and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless delivery across multiple initiatives
• Coordinate creative production and content delivery that brings the Genesis brand to life across customer touchpoints
• Provide hands-on, in-person leadership at events and activations, including vendor coordination and logistics management
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality brand outcomes
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all activity aligns with Genesis brand guidelines and strategy
• Monitor campaign and partnership performance, capturing insights and identifying opportunities to continuously improve

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based out of our Auckland office. Some domestic travel required.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a proactive marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working collaboratively, managing multiple moving parts, and delivering standout brand experiences that connect with New Zealanders.

Ideally, You’ll Bring

• Experience in sponsorships, partnerships, events or brand activations
• Campaign coordination and stakeholder management
• Around 5 years’ experience in brand, marketing or partnerships roles
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
• A collaborative, hands-on approach and willingness to get stuck in
