The opportunity
Provide senior operational oversight across water services to support safe, reliable, and compliant delivery. Lead operational business improvements, partnering with team leads to identify and implement practical, value‑adding change. Strengthen asset performance insight, improving coordination and embedding operational data into asset management practices.
To set you up for success, you’ll have
Experience in the operation and maintenance of water services assets, with a strong understanding of day‑to‑day operational requirements.
Sound knowledge of asset management practices, particularly the integration of operational insights into asset management and investment decisions.
The ability to identify opportunities and drive operational improvements, delivering practical and sustainable outcomes.
