We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to be responsible for the development, management, and delivery of key social media marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive conversation, business outcomes, and show strong ROI.

Working collaboratively across Brand, Marketing, Digital, and wider business teams, you’ll help bring our strategic priorities to life - including brand initiatives, new partnerships, product campaigns, etc, through the creation of high-quality social-first content across video and static formats.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Are

• Develop and deliver integrated social media and content marketing campaigns aligned to business goals
• Create and manage engaging, insight-led content across a variety of formats, with a strong focus on video
• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of campaigns on-time and within budget
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, creators, and influencers to deliver impactful outcomes
• Use a test-and-learn approach to optimise campaign performance and continuously improve results
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth delivery, stakeholder engagement, and brand alignment

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ social media experience in a large corporate environment or agency environment supporting large brands
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end social campaigns and content initiatives
• A deep understanding of what makes compelling social content and how to create work that resonates with audiences
• Experience creating and/or managing the production of high-quality video and social-first content
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and priorities
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and project management capability

NOTE: The internal title for this role is Social Media Specialist (this role reports into a Social Media Manager). We have adjusted the advertised title to more accurately reflect the level of expertise and experience needed for the role. This is a 12-month, fixed-term opportunity based out of Auckland CBD office.
