Cafe Manager

We're looking for an exceptional permanent Cafe Manager to lead the team Urban Soul Manukau for a minimum of 30 hours per week. This is a hands-on role at the heart of a high-energy, fast-paced environment where great service, consistency, and team leadership are everything. Your duties will include:

• Responsible for the service of food & alcohol

• Ensuring an excellent experience for all our customers

• Responsible for opening and closing the cafe

• Stock control and ordering

• Supervising and training staff

• Role responsibilities will also be discussed in the interview in full detail

As the successful candidate you will have:

• 2-3 years' experience within a Food and Beverage Team, in a similar role or alternatively an NZ Register Level 5 qualification.

• Current Duty Managers Certificate

• Ability to work in a fast-paced cafe

• Strong communicator and 'can-do' attitude

• Professional and strong work ethic

• Proven experience in similar role

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
