Customer Service Manager – Seafood Retail Shop

Location: Auckland, New Zealand

Pay Rate: $30–$50 per hour (depending on experience)

We are a busy and growing seafood retail shop in North Shore Auckland looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily customer service operations
  • Lead and supervise retail staff
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Assist with staff training and performance management
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and store operations
  • Support stock control and sales activities

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service management OR a Diploma in Management or related qualification
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Reliable, organised, and customer-focused attitude
