Te Kowhiringa I The Opportunity
As our Head of Enliven Home based Operations you will be reporting to the General Manager of Health & Disability, you will provide senior operational leadership for Enliven’s home‑based services, leading large, distributed teams and ensuring services are safe, efficient and client‑centered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading home support and rostering operations at scale
- Driving service quality, consistency and improvement
- Leading a constructive, client and safety focused culture
- Optimising workforce planning, guaranteed hours and travel time
- Overseeing an operating budget of ~$30m
- Building strong relationships with funders, partners and unions
- Leading through change, disruption and emergency response
- Deputising for the GM as required

You are an experienced senior leader who combines proven operational discipline with excellent people leadership.
You will bring:
- 10+ years’ leadership experience in health, aged care, or human services
- Experience leading large, unionised and geographically dispersed teams
- Values-based, constructive and collaborative leadership style
- Strong understanding of home support, rostering and workforce models
- Proven financial and budget management capability
- Excellent stakeholder and influencing skills
- Relevant clinical background and tertiary qualification highly desirable (current or past RHP)
