Role Description
We’re looking for a skilled Workforce Capability Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our national training framework, with a focus on Support Workers.
Royal District Nursing Service (RDNS NZ) is a leading national provider of home and community-based healthcare with an excellent reputation for providing the best in care for our clients. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Auckland.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis and align workforce development with RDNS NZ strategy.
- Oversee training compliance, LMS management (Bridge), and Careerforce/NZQA requirements.
- Design and manage induction, onboarding, and ongoing professional development programs.
- Deliver and evaluate training programs, ensuring consistency, audit-readiness, and quality.
- Provide insights and reports to Leadership on workforce capability, training trends, and risks.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Learning & Development, HR, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in workforce capability, L&D, or HR.
- Strong NZQA/Careerforce knowledge and audit ready record keeping skills.
